John has extensive experience representing clients at contested case hearings before the State Office of Administrative Hearings as well as before other state agencies such as the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation and Texas Workforce Commission. John has handled numerous medical disputes and administrative violation cases including health care licensees. He has tried cases before the state District Courts, and has argued cases before the state Courts of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court. John is licensed to practice in all State of Texas courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. John represents health care providers before the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation, Texas Medical Board, Texas Board of Nursing, State Office of Administrative Hearings, Travis County District Court, Third Court of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court.
